Hello! I’m LeanNe Pelke
Ever since having my daughter, Savannah Moon, in February of 2021, I’ve grown to understand and appreciate the art of sleep. Becoming new parents came with its expected challenges, but nothing could prepare us for the reality of sleep deprivation. Night after night we spent hours trying to get our daughter to sleep, and before we knew it we made ourselves the mechanism to reach that goal. Between rocking for hours and physically holding a pacifier in her mouth until she fell completely to sleep, neither of us was getting the rest we needed to be functional and neither was our daughter. We all cried (a lot), and it was taking a huge toll on me and my husband as well as our marriage. We missed our lives before a baby, and we missed each other. Something needed to change.
I started reading books (something I never do!), researched every method I could find, and joined tons of pediatric sleep support Facebook groups in hopes that I would find a solution. After coming across Tiny Transitions and working with Courtney, our lives completely changed. Our daughter is now a sleep CHAMP, and we’re all finally getting the rest we most desperately needed. If I had known how quickly things would turn around for us, I would have worked with a sleep coach months before I did! Life just feels easier to manage and I have the energy to work out, keep my house in order, and make time for my family. My husband and I can finally sit on the couch with a cocktail at 7 P.M. and binge on our favorite shows; something I never saw happening again!
Next to raising my little Moon Girl, pediatric sleep has now become my passion. I want to share my knowledge and expertise with families who are experiencing the same struggles we were, and help restore sleep back into their homes. In Oct 2021 I joined Courtney Zentz’s Sleep School Program, became a Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach, and started building my business to help families get back to sleep and back on track.

What is sleep training?
By sleep training your little one, you are giving them the tools to become a strong, independent, sleeper. That could mean, breaking a bad habit or eliminating a sleep mechanism. Sleeping is a skill, and if your child is taught how to fall asleep independently, at the right times of the day, they become a good sleeper for life!
What methods of sleep training do you use?
I teach all styles of sleep training, but the methods vary by client and their child’s specific needs. I will customize each plan with the best method, to reach the desired goal, with the least amount of tears.
How long until I see results?
While results vary by each child’s age and temperament, you may typically see results in 1-3 nights. However, this truly depends on your level of commitment to your child’s personalized program. The more dedicated you are to following the program, the faster you’ll see results!
