- 1 Sleep Intake Form where you answer important questions to ensure the time during your coaching call is used efficiently.
- 45-minute private coaching call with Leanne Pelke where you will discuss your sleep struggles at length; followed by an email including a detailed action plan to tackle your issue in order to get back to sleep and back on track.
- Digital Sleep Tracker (you will receive this after the call).
- 15-minute follow-up call with Leanne 1 week after your initial call/you’ve started your action plan
IMPORTANT NOTE: Focused coaching sessions are meant to target a single specific issue, vs. trying to replace the education, work, and coaching that is sometimes necessary to fix more complex sleep challenges where private sleep coaching is a better option.
